Flights and visas we advise on and help coordinate, but these are booked separately so you retain control over airline choice and visa timelines. We walk you through both step by step.

Yes, every trip we plan is treated as a custom job. The packages on the website are starting points. Tell us your dates, group size, budget, and any must-haves (or must-avoids) and we'll reshape the itinerary around you. Zero extra charge for customisation.

We work on a 30% advance deposit to lock in bookings, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Cancellations made 45+ days before travel receive a full refund of the advance. Inside 45 days, refunds depend on vendor policies, which we share transparently before you book.

Travel insurance is not included by default, but we strongly recommend it and can suggest trusted options. For international packages especially, a good policy covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation makes a real difference, and it's usually a small fraction of the total trip cost.

For international destinations (Europe, Japan, New Zealand, USA), we recommend booking at least 60-90 days ahead so we can secure the best hotel availability and activity slots. For domestic India packages (Kashmir, Ladakh, Kerala), 30 days is usually fine. Peak season (Dec-Jan, summer) requires earlier planning.

Yes, we run shared group departures (fixed dates, budget-friendly) alongside fully private custom trips. Our group departures are listed under "Fixed Group Tours" in the packages section. Private trips can depart any date that works for you, with no minimum group size.

You'll have our direct WhatsApp number before you leave. We're reachable across IST hours and have local contacts in every destination we cover. If a hotel overbooks, a transfer falls through, or anything else needs fixing, we handle it, so you don't have to.

All prices shown are per person, based on double-occupancy (two people sharing a room). Solo travellers, triple rooms, or groups of 4+ often get different pricing: fill in the inquiry form with your group size and we'll send an accurate quote within 24 hours.
