Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, and be welcomed by our representative. Drive to Kandy, Sri Lanka's cultural capital. In the evening, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Spend the day visiting the tea estates around Kandy, learning about Ceylon tea cultivation and processing, with a tasting session at a local tea factory. Evening at leisure in Kandy town.
Drive up into the misty highlands towards Nuwara Eliya. Spend the afternoon at the picturesque Gregory Lake, taking in the cool climate and colonial-era charm of the town.
Descend from the highlands to the coastal town of Bentota. On arrival, enjoy a Madu River Boat Safari through mangrove islands and cinnamon plantations, followed by a visit to a turtle hatchery.
A free day at leisure on Bentota Beach. Relax by the resort pool, take a stroll along the shore, or opt for water sports such as jet-skiing and banana boat rides at your own cost.
Drive back to Colombo for a guided city tour of the capital. In the evening, browse the shopping galleries at One Galle Face and the bustling stalls of Pettah Market for last-minute souvenirs.
Enjoy a final breakfast before checking out. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, for your onward flight.
