- Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Pricing
- Prices are indicative and subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
- Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, visa fees, fuel surcharge, or foreign exchange rates will be payable by the traveler.

Payment
- Advance payment is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be completed before ticket issuance or as per the agreed payment schedule.
04 / Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, visa, cruise, and supplier policies.
- Visa fees, travel insurance, processing charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after receiving the amount from the respective suppliers.
05 / Flight Policy
Flight Policy
- Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change until ticketing.
- Flight schedules, baggage allowance, delays, cancellations, and operational changes are entirely under the airline's control.
- The Falcon Tour shall not be responsible for airline-related disruptions or additional costs arising from such changes.
06 / Hotel Policy
Hotel Policy
- Hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
- Hotel star ratings follow local standards and may differ from Indian classifications.
- Please verify the hotel name and room category mentioned in your itinerary before confirming.
- Hotel photos shown online are for reference only. Room size, interiors, views, and amenities may vary. The Falcon Tour shall not be responsible for differences between online images and the actual room provided.
07 / Transportation Policy
Transportation Policy
- Vehicle allocation is subject to availability at the destination.
- The confirmed vehicle category (Sedan, SUV, Van, Coach, etc.) will be provided; however, the make, model, brand, or color cannot be guaranteed.
- A different vehicle of the same category may be provided without prior notice due to operational requirements.
08 / Visa & Travel Documents
Visa & Travel Documents
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.
- Travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and that all required travel documents are complete.
09 / Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended unless specifically included in the package.
- The Falcon Tour shall not be liable for medical expenses, trip interruptions, baggage loss, or emergencies not covered by insurance.
10 / Changes & Amendments

- Any change after booking confirmation is subject to supplier approval and applicable amendment charges.
11 / Force Majeure

- The Falcon Tour shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, adverse weather, war, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or airline operational issues.

- We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, baggage loss, theft, service deficiencies, or any acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport operators, or local suppliers.
13 / Unused Services

- No refund will be provided for any unused services, including hotel stays, meals, transfers, sightseeing, or flights.
14 / Special Requests
Special Requests
- Requests such as adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, meal preferences, or special assistance are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

- Payment of any booking amount confirms that the traveler has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
16 / Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction
- Any dispute arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand, India.
